i didnt make this but i found it, its very help full
I guess I'm writing this to those who are new at the EV Training thing as the people who do know about it already have their certain ways of going about their business of training their monsters...
well for those new to it you've probably heard about the power items you can win at the battle tower...lens, anklet, and etc. and it can be a beezy to get them...for now just skip em...go for ur old ruby or sapphire game and import the macho brace which will x2 the Ev's you get
then infect the pokemon you wish to train with pokerus...you can probably trade for it very easily on this board....
make sure the pokemon you wish to train has acquired NO experience at all so the Ev's are set to zero..
this part is kind of expensive but head to veilstone department store and buy 10 vitamins for the stat you wish to train
giving ur pokemon these 10 vitamins will give you 100 EV's in that stat right off the bat and the max a stat can hold is 255
go find a pokemon that will give 2-3 ev's and with the pokerus and macho brace X2 multipliers you should only have to battle 13-20 pokemon to max out a particular stat
this is how I go about Ev training my pokemon and it speeds up the process considerably for me....hopefully this will help somebody =)
