i found out u dont need the mystery gift but need to save at a pokemart and then turn it off and go to where it says continue,new game ,and the wi-fi thing and stay there til u get the signal
then on ranger send it and then it will says something

i know where to get a eevee there are 2 ways:
1. find somebody in hearthome city named mizuki and she will give you one
2. find a wild eevee and catch it in pokemon mansion
